It has been a busy year around our community. With growth of new owners comes greatness and also great neighbors. We hope everyone new is settling in and enjoying the nature around you. Fishing is a must down at the marina. Many of the larger bass and catfish have been caught right off the shores of Harbor Creek.

  • The NEW 2019 form in the newsletter must be completed and returned. Make sure to have proper ID when requesting a key. Eligibility goes off of our current owners in GOOD STANDING list as well as our verified resident list. Owners must be in GOOD STANDING in order for renters and or themselves to obtain a pool key.
  • All previous keys are to be returned for a key for key exchange.
  • Please note the addition of a renter deposit per key. Exact change is needed.
  • Key Request outside of these times will be taken into consideration at [email protected]
